Pretty & Useless

This is too flawed to be a productivity enhancer. Under today’s activities are actions from 4 days ago. Under ‘upcoming’ activities for a given contact are meetings that took place yesterday. Standard ‘click to edit’ functionality is not available— you need to go looking for the edit button. It requires two actions to create an in-app calendar entry that shows up tagged with a contact AND an iCal entry. Too many clicks do nothing. I tried for 48 hours because it does look nice, esp compared with the ‘bad shoes’ design of so many CRMs… but this is a recipe for relationship confusion, and certainly not worth $20.
