I really wanted to like this app, videos looked promising, but….

I have been searching for a good CRM app for the Mac. I thought this might be the one, but it lacks in some very basic ways:

1. It does not sync contacts with your address book or Google or anything, you have to manually enter them
2. It does not sync calendars with anything
3. It does not sync or integrate with e-mail, the video shows the CEO copying and pasting the body of an e-mail
4. Does not have any notion of deals or leads or anything regarding sales

To sum up what this application does, is basically keeps a log of activities with a contact that only exists in the application.

If they were to make everything sync (mail, contacts and calendar) they would have something pretty sweet, even without the sales based information. Let’s hope they get the idea and run with it. The Mac has yet to have a nicely integrated CRM application that puts all the informaiton about a contact at your finger tips without having to maintain it separately from the rest of your Mac apps.
