This App will be ACT! for the Mac and iOS

I bought the predessesor product (VIPOrbit) for Mac a year or two ago. Way too buggy on the Mac, although the iOS product worked flawlessly.

I REALLY LIKE the Mac implementation and have also installed it on my iPhone 5s. It needs some more capabilities, like the ability to easily add new contacts by importing a v-card or importing from cardscan or bizscancards, etc. But syncing with Mac or iCloud…I don’t care. I just want it to sync with my iPhone, my Mac, and my (someday) iPad. I have wanted a robust contact database that ties to a calendar, with tasks tied to contacts that syncs across all Apple devices. This is it, folks. It’s ACT! for the Mac. I like it. It’s very fast, even with my 3,500 plus contacts. Orbits are fantastic, as they can be whatever you want them to be (like “deals” or “projects”). It’s a great 1.0 app. If I could easliy import new contacts from a card scan or picture, I’d give it 5 stars.
